By accessing this site and/or purchasing the Birth Ready course, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change by The Birth Movement at any time at our discretion. Your use of this site after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes. Please consult these Terms and Conditions regularly.

We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to you. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our service and this site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.

1. PRODUCT DELIVERY

Upon purchase of the Birth Ready course, you will receive an email with login credentials and instructions to access the course content through ThriveCart Learn. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, it is your responsibility to contact us via phone or email.

Course access is provided in perpetuity (lifetime access). Once you purchase the course, you will have ongoing access to the course materials for as long as the course remains available on our platform.

2. PRODUCT PURCHASES

Charges from this site will appear as The Birth Movement on your credit card statement. When purchasing from this site, you agree to be billed as a one-off transaction or recurring subscription, depending on the product you have purchased.

All transactions are processed via a third-party PCI Compliant provider (Stripe).

3. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

No Refunds Policy

Birth Ready is committed to supporting families through education, unique practices, and our online learning platform. By enrolling in our course, you will gain access to valuable information and resources designed to help you prepare for a positive birth experience.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to course content, all sales are final.

  • No refunds will be provided once you have purchased and gained access to the Birth Ready course

  • We do NOT offer "change of mind" refunds under any circumstances

  • We do not offer refunds or price adjustments when a discount code has already been applied to your purchase

  • Access to course content begins immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that by completing your purchase, you waive any right to a refund

What if I'm having a caesarean birth?

The Birth Ready course contains valuable information and techniques that apply to all birth experiences, including caesarean births. This includes breathing techniques, visualisation practices, partner support strategies, and mindset preparation. However, many of the lessons and practices apply to physiological birth. If you would like to confirm the course content is suitable for your birth plans, please contact us at joelle@birthmove.combefore purchasing.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this refund policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Under Australian Consumer Law, you may still be entitled to a remedy if the course content is not fit for purpose or if we fail to deliver the service with due care and skill.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

All course content, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, guided meditations, worksheets, PDFs, graphics, images, and written materials, is the exclusive property of The Birth Movement and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others

  • Record, screenshot, download, or save content for redistribution

  • Share your login credentials with anyone else

  • Post or share course content on social media, file-sharing sites, YouTube, or any other platform

  • Use course content for commercial purposes or to teach your own classes

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from course materials

  • Allow others to access the course using your account

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your course access without refund

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course

We reserve the right to update, modify, improve, add to, or remove course content at any time without prior notice. This includes:

  • Migrating to different hosting platforms

Platform Availability
