I’m a prenatal yoga teacher specialising in Mindful Birth Yoga, and a mum of three, with two babies born at home. I know what it’s like to be scared of giving birth. Before I fell pregnant with my first baby, the only stories I’d heard about birth were emergency c-sections and traumatic interventions. I knew this wasn’t the experience I wanted and since then, I’ve been on a path that has lead to each of my births being better than the last.

You can start anytime in your third trimester (or earlier if you like). The course is short and designed for busy mums…you’ll see benefits even if you start a few weeks before your due date. The tools you’ll learn can be practised in minutes a day and used right up until (and during) labour.

Most hospital classes explain what might happen during birth. Birth Ready teaches you how to cope and stay calm when it’s happening. You’ll learn breathing, movement, and mindfulness tools that complement any birth approach, whether you’re planning a physiological hospital birth or home birth.

Absolutely. The course is intentionally short and simple. You’ll spend about 15–20 minutes a day watching a lesson or practising a technique. Everything is self-paced, so you can move faster or slower depending on your schedule. It’s made to fit easily into real life.

You’ll have access to direct email support, so if you get stuck, need clarity, or want a bit of reassurance, you can reach out anytime. I’m here to guide you, not just leave you with a login and a hope-for-the-best.
